• In accordance with applicable institutional rules (e.g. academic integrity policies)
• Within the usage limits set by Kurnell (e.g. daily caps, feature restrictions)

We may adjust these limits or access permissions at any time for system stability, abuse prevention, or testing purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

By using Kurnell, you agree not to:

• Use the platform to mislead others, impersonate someone else, or assist in academic dishonesty
• Upload or submit any illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to extract source code

4. AI Content Disclaimer

Kurnell uses AI to generate responses based on your inputs. While we aim to be helpful:

• Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or biased
• You are responsible for independently verifying any information or content produced
• Kurnell is not a substitute for professional or academic advice

5. Data Collection and Privacy

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kurnell shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, data breaches, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or revoke your access at any time, especially in the case of misuse or breach of these Terms. Participation in a pilot does not guarantee future access to the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, unless otherwise required by the jurisdiction of your institution.
